Sound off to feds on transgenderism

On taxes, on health care, on Social Security, on all of those benefits and high salaries for government workers. And on moral issues. Now the Family Research Council is pointing out one situation where the government is required to listen to taxpayers. It’s posted a link to an online form to submit comments to the Department of Health and Human Services. The current – and critical – question is how should the government treat conscience rights of people of faith. The FRC explains, “The Trump administration’s Department of Health and Human Services is considering a rule making important changes to Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and is still taking public comments. “This rule would protect the conscience rights of people of faith who have a moral objection to performing abortions. It would also undo an Obama-era regulation on Section 1557 that shoehorned ‘gender identity’ into the definition of ‘sex’ (as opposed to meaning just ‘male’ and ‘female’).” FRC Action already has asked for voters to help. “Doctors – and patients – need your help!
